Realmatch.com is a quickly growing and well funded employment site which connects job seekers and employers using new generation matching technology. Our company needs inside sales representatives to perform some key sales and marketing functions such as -
1. Taking inbound service calls from existing employer clients.
2. Sending email proposals to prospective employer clients.
3 Helping our distribution partners by providing reports, advice and strategies.
The ideal person will have employment/career/job sales experience. They will be a critical thinker. They will be versed in using Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Other key traits include a mature knowledge of the Web, blogs and news sites. Salary to 90K plus commission. Full benefit package including health, vacation days etc. Stock options will be awarded after one year of service and there are other perks. Work with us in a serious but fun atmosphere in our Ramsey New Jersey Office just off Route 17.
